Josh Reyna, Founder & Owner

Josh Reyna, Founder and Owner of Texas Estate Plans, is a proud 7th generation Texan with a deep commitment to serving his community.

As a licensed attorney and certified mediator in the State of Texas, Josh brings a wealth of legal expertise to Texas Estate Plans.

With 15 years of experience in the Texas Legislature, Josh has served as a trusted advisor to numerous State Representatives and State Senators on the development and implementation of state laws. Josh now provides his clients with that same level of trusted advice and counsel.

Known for his strategic acumen, Josh has also successfully managed and consulted on numerous political campaigns at the state, federal, and local levels, including managing multi-million-dollar campaigns.

Josh earned his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law and his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Accounting from St. Edward’s University where he graduated magna cum laude.

At Texas Estate Plans, Josh specializes in wills, trusts, and comprehensive estate planning. On a limited basis, he also offers estate mediation services and legal representation and counseling for personal injury, business formation, insurance matters, and campaign law.

With a passion for service and a deep understanding of Texas law, Josh Reyna is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to his clients and the Central Texas community.

Larissa Garcia Reyna, Partner

Larissa Garcia Reyna brings a wealth of legal experience and a deeply personal commitment to serving families and individuals as Partner and Co-Owner at Texas Estate Plans. Her professional journey spans a diverse range of legal practice areas, equipping her with the skills and perspective necessary to provide thoughtful, tailored estate planning solutions.

Larissa began her career as a commercial litigator and has experience representing clients in a wide range of complex litigation matters, including contractual, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty disputes. Her meticulous attention to detail and strategic problem-solving skills honed as a litigator translates seamlessly into crafting comprehensive estate plans designed to protect her clients’ assets and legacies.

Larissa has since shifted her practice and has gained extensive experience as an insurance attorney, representing insurance and private clients in all areas of civil litigation. Her background in regularly handling high-exposure cases, particularly at the excess carrier level, gives her a critical edge in understanding asset protection strategies—an essential component of comprehensive estate planning.

At Texas Estate Plans, Larissa combines her litigation expertise, client-focused approach, and deep understanding of financial and insurance matters to create estate plans that offer peace of mind, avoid unnecessary legal entanglements, and preserve wealth for future generations.
